# HERO SPEC — "Arzi" (Indian consumer-rights platform) — Direction: LADDER
Build ONE standalone file (single HTML, inline CSS/JS). Only the hero section + a tiny footer stub after it so scroll can end. GSAP 3 + ScrollTrigger + Lenis from CDN (jsdelivr/unpkg). Google Fonts: "Bodoni Moda" (display, use sparingly, max ~64px desktop / 38px mobile), "Geist" (sans), "Geist Mono" (mono; fallback JetBrains Mono).
Palette: bg ink #0B0E14, raised #121722, line rgba(255,255,255,.08), text #EDEBE6, muted #8A90A0, ONE accent "notice red" #FF5A36 (use only for the active state, the stamp, and the CTA). Tasteful glass: rgba(255,255,255,.04) + backdrop-filter blur(18px) + 1px rgba(255,255,255,.10) edge. Subtle grain allowed. No gradients-as-decoration blobs, no emoji, no stock icons, no neon glow overload. Apple/Huly clean. Must not look AI-generated or template-y.

STORY (scroll-scrubbed, hero pinned ~300vh of scroll):
Left column: brand mark "arzi" (lowercase wordmark + small mono tag "consumer rights, with teeth"), headline "They ignored you.<br>Now go over their head." Sub (1 line): "Every company's grievance ladder — names, numbers, nodal officers — and a legal notice when they still don't listen." ONE CTA button: "Search a company" (accent). Below it a mono microline: "Free directory · 2,40,000+ companies cached".
Right column: the ESCALATION LADDER — 5 stacked glass rungs, bottom to top:

A small glass "complaint card" (mono: "Complaint · Refund ₹18,499 · Brightline Electronics") climbs rung by rung as you scroll 0→100%. Each rung it passes: the rung lights to the accent edge, its status flips from mono "IGNORED" (muted, struck) to "ESCALATED" and a thin accent progress line on the ladder's spine fills. Mono counter top-right of the ladder: "Day 01 → Day 21". At the top (≈85–100%) a red circular rubber-stamp "NOTICE SERVED" thumps onto the card (scale 1.6→1, slight rotate, quick shake), and the headline's second line underline draws in accent.
At 0% the scene must already look finished (card at L1, ladder visible) — no empty frame.
Fallbacks: prefers-reduced-motion → no pin/scrub, show final state statically. Mobile (<760px): stack (copy then ladder), shorter pin (~180vh), smaller rungs, no blur heavier than 12px. No console errors. Fast load: no images, no video, no three.js.
Polish: proper spacing, max 1200px container, small refined type sizes, nothing oversized. Real Indian context (₹, Indian numbering).
